TNS Skill Development

TNS Skills is a new Business Unit established in 2014 to support the Government enabled skill development program and soon after was recognized as a leading vocational and employability training provider within a very short span of time. However, we are in training business since 2004 and had trained around 10000 youth who have successfully completed their training and are employed to serve the industry in different skill set.

Our mission is to train one million people by 2022 in various sectors as IT, Telecom, Retail, Electronics, Healthcare, engineering and construction sectors. Our efforts in skill development area are framed to support the vision of Govt. of India by 2022.

We are also committed to deliver skills training program for inclusive growth for students in school, youth, trainers, and working professionals for their career growth to match the need of the industry. Our world-class Institute of TNS Skills is ready to set and establish trainees to cater the industry parameters in various sectors. We are confident to provide them the quality training to national standard with the support of different Sector Skills Councils (SSC) certification under NSDC guidelines and assured placement linkages through a robust network of thousands of employers. Our Skills for Jobs programme connects every trainee to placement in organized/unorganized sector through industry endorsed training.

To ensure that every candidate is skilled for the right job role and interest, we follow a standardized training methodology and processes.

Skill development and vocational training programs are conceptualized, executed and monitored by our team of experts who are experienced to handle such projects through various tools, mechanism and processes. We have the understanding of Government processes and working closely with the Government of India and State Government bodies. There are various plans and schemes that are dedicated to achieve scalable skilling with quality and higher productivity, particularly in the unorganized sector which accounts for more than 75% of India's workforce.
